You can't be skinner than your
skeletons so donít try to become petite if you're big-boned. Knowing
your body type will help you determine what and how much you should eat
and how you should exercise. Scientific studies of body measurements and
comparison of body variations have resulted in three general
Endomorph Mesomorph and Ectomorph. If
you do not fit into any one of the groups, you may be a combination.
Endomorph : Inclined to be round and
plump but with delicate limbs, small wrists and hands, ankles and feet.
The social, friendly type who likes good food. Burns off calories
slowly; those body can't use for energy linger as fat. Kilos come
quickly; go slowly, usually settling on waist, hips and thighs.
Mesomorph : Large, big-boned with a
firm body, prominent bosom, large hands and feet and well developed
limbs. An athletic type, energetic, tireless with a good appetite. The
mesomorph's weight remains much the same regardless of what is eaten.
Needs a strict diet and special spot exercise.
Ectomorph : Slender by nature, with a
delicate body, with graceful hands and feet long waisted. Ectomorphs
seldom gain more than a kilo or two, no matter they eat or how often.
