Training and Qualification

Call centre training typically covers communication skills, voice and accent training, grammar, fluency, articulation, choice of words, customer service, and basic industry knowledge. At present, there are no specific training or educational qualifications are required for a jobs  in call centers. The companies itself provides essential training to the recruited candidates, if required. However, various institutes have cropped up that offers training for call centers along with the job assurance. Companies usually prefer graduates for the jobs but due to its increasing demands, companies are also employing the school pass outs for the same.
