C.S.  INTERMEDIATE COURSE

Eligibility:

CS Foundation Pass. Arts, Science, Commerce/Non-Commerce Graduates(Excluding Fine Arts) are eligible for registration. Candidates not be less than 17 years of age. Candidates possessing any of the following qualifications are exempted from passing the Foundation Examination:

A degree or master’s degree in Corporate Secretaryship or Commerce

Pass in Final examination of ICWAI or ICAI or any other Accountancy Institution in India or abroad recognized as equivalent thereto

A degree or master’s degree in any discipline other than Fine Arts

• Company Accounts and Cost & Management Accounting
   
• Tax Laws
   
• Management Information Systems and Corporate Communication
   

Group-II

• Company Law
   
• Company Secretarial Practice
   
• Economic, Labour and Industrial Laws
   
• Securities Laws and Regulation of Financial Markets

Qualifying Marks

A candidate is declared to have passed the Intermediate, if he/she secures at one sitting a minimum of 40% marks in each paper and 50% marks in the aggregate of all subjects.
