CAREER IN DENTISTRY

Eligibility for Degree in Dentistry

The basic requirement for opting for this career is the Bachelor's degree in Dental Science (BDS) for further expansion candidates can opt for Master degree.

The eligibility requirements for Bachelor's degree are as follows:

Students who have passed 10+2 or HS or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Biology, securing minimum 50% marks.
Students opting for Masters in dentistry is selected on the basis of general, nationwide competitive examination. The All India Pre-Medical / Pre-Dental Entrance Exam conducted by the CBSE is common for both the MBBS and the Bachelor of Dental Sciences (BDS).
