The Department offers dual specialization in any two of these streams: (i) marketing (ii) finance (iii) information technology (iv) operation
Initial short listing of candidates, for sending invitation letters for
interview / GD is done on the basis of their performance in JMET. Candidates
need bachelor's degree in any discipline of engineering / technology with
first class or its equivalent, or a master's degree with first class or
equivalent in any discipline from a recognized university. Candidates of
general category seeking admission to the PG programme must have at least 60
percent (SC / ST 55 percent) marks or 6.00 (SC / ST 5.50)
DMS offers dual specialization. Thirty percent of the students opted for finance and marketing as combination. This was reflected in the placements too where maximum students were consumed in these two industry segments. If thirty percent of the students went to finance 29 percent went to marketing. Other segments were operations, consulting and general management and IT consulting. Some companies which thronged the campus were e-Value serve, Apollo health & Life style, Jones Lang LaSalle etc.
