Here are some remedies to help you rid of your tan at home:
Hydrate yourself by drinking lots of water to prevent your skin from drying out.
In a bowl, mix rose water, lemon juice and cucumber juice. Lemon has bleaching properties and rose water will have a cooling effect on your skin.
Mix honey and lemon juice and apply this paste on your skin. Repeat every day.
Potato is also known for its cleansing and bleaching properties. Grate a potato and squeeze out its juice. Apply this juice on your face with a cotton ball. Do this regularly.
Make a paste of turmeric and milk and apply it on your face, hands and legs.
Aloe vera can soothe and refresh tanned skin. Just take some fresh aloe vera gel from the plant and apply it to the affected area. Regular use of this natural remedy can help get rid of tanned skin within a few months.
Mix curd, gram flour and lemon and scrub your skin with it to remove dead skin.
Apply a mixture of fresh coconut water and aloe vera on your skin.
