Homeopathic Remedy for Aches and Pains




This condition is brought on by wearing of the cartilage that lines the joints due to age, injury, overuse or obesity resulting in pain, limited movement and inflammation.  it often starts in the fingers and affects weight bearing joints of the hips, knees and spine.  Beneficial supplements include: cod liver oil, copper, devil’s claw, iron, kelp, manganese, selenium, vitamin A, vitamin B complex, vitamin C, vitamin E, zinc.


This is a term used for muscle pain which may be a result of joint problems, viral infection or food allergies.  The pain intensity may vary depending on the weather or hormonal changes and is further aggravated by stress and tension.  Beneficial supplements include: calcium, magnesium, vitamin B6.
