Baked Noodles with Spinach and Yoghurt
2 1/2 cups cooked spaghetti
2 cups blanched and chopped spinach (palak)
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 cup hung curds
3/4 cup grated processed cheese
1/4 cup plain flour (maida)
2 tsp oil
salt and black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
Heat the oil in a pan, add the onions and sautE till they turn translucent. Keep aside.
Combine spaghetti, spinach, onions, curds, cheese, plain flour, salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
Layer the mixture in a baking dish.
Sprinkle cheese on top and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 20 minutes.
