1 1/2 cups soaked and boiled kabuli chana (white chick peas)
1/2 cup paneer (cottage cheese)
1 spring onion
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp chopped coriander (dhania) leaves
For The Garnish
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
Cut the paneer into small pieces
Peel the cucumber and cut into pieces
Chop the spring onions.
Put the chick peas,paneer,cucumber & spring onion and mix well.
Add tomato ketchup, chaat masala & mix well.
Put in a serving bowwl & sprinkle the coriander leaves.
Refrigerate. Serve chilled.
