Pineapple Banana Yoghurt Shake




3/4 cup curds (dahi)
3/4 cup chopped pineapple
1/2 ripe banana
4 tsp sugar
3 ice-cubes
a few mint sprigs for garnishing


Blend the yoghurt, pineapple, banana, sugar and 1/2 teacup of water in a liquidiser.
Pour into tall glasses, top with crushed ice and garnish with mint sprigs.
Serve immediately.
