Aloo Chaat 

2 large Potatoes 
2 tablespoons Chopped coriander leaves 
5-7 nos. Mint leaves 
1 no. Green chilli 
1 teaspoon Chaat masala 
1 teaspoon Lemon juice 
2 tablespoons Oil 
As per taste Salt 

Method :
Boil, peel and cube the potatoes. Finely chop the coriander, mint and green chillies. Heat oil in a pan and fry the potatoes till they are golden brown in colour. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl, mix well. (Serves : 2)
