Ingredients: 
2 cups Puffed rice 
1/4 cup Sev 
8-10 nos. Unpuffed puris 
1 pc. Chopped onion 
1 small Boiled potato 
1 teaspoon Chopped coriander leaves 
1 tablespoon Tamarind chutney 
1 teaspoon Green chutney 
1/2 teaspoon Crushed cumin 
As per taste Salt 


Method :
Keep aside half the Sev and two Puris. Crush remaining puris coarsely. Put all other ingredients in a large deep bowl. Toss with hand till well blended. Put in individual serving bowls or a large dish. Sprinkle remaining Sev to garnish. Top with the two whole puris. Serve immediately, and do not allow to get soggy. (Serves : 2)
