| Ingredients: |
grated fresh coconut - 1/4 cup
roasted bengal gram - 1 1/2 Tbl.sp
green chillies - 5
tamarind - gooseberry sized
rock salt - 1 tsp
Add a small bunch of coriander le
aves with a tiny piece of ginger with the above ingredients.
Red - Coconut Chutney :
Use red chillies, instead of green chillies add 1 medium sized onion while grinding.
Grind all the ingredients together into coarse paste.
Heat little oil and season with mustard seeds, pour on top of chutney and mix well.
