Onion Chutney 

 
Ingredients:
onions big - 4 
fresh coconut scraped - 1 1/2 Tbl.sps 
red chillies - 8 roasted gram - 1 Tbl.sp 
salt - as required 

Method:
Chop onions into big pieces. 
Grind coconut, salt, chillies and gram first. 
Add onions grind again coarsely without adding water. 
Heat ghee, season with mustard seeds, pour on top of chutney and mix well. 
This chutney is for dosas and Thuar oothapptam
