Tomato Chutney

garlic - 5 flakes 
ginger - 1/7. inch piece 
onions - 2 (Chop lengthwise) 
tomatoes - 3/4 cup (chopped) 
redchillies - 6 
dhania - 1/4 tsp 
salt - as required 
tamarind - little 
For Seasoning:
mustard seeds, curry leaves, asafoetida, bengal gram dhal 

Heat little oil and fry red chillies, dhania, garlic, ginger, onion and then tomatoes. 
Fry till tomatoes become soft. 
Grind together with salt and tamarind. 
Heat another teaspoon of oil, add seasonings and mix with chutney.
