Bread-Butter-Pudding

Ingredients:-
1-2tblspns golden syrup
about 8 or 9 slices of bread
butter
4 eggs
1/2ltr milk
1/2 cup castor sugar
nutmeg
Method:-
Grease a pudding or cake tin and cover the base with the golden syrup. Butter the bread and cut into halves or quarters and arrange on top of the syrup. Beat the eggs together, add the milk, sugar and nutmeg and beat together well. Pour over the bread and leave for 10-15min before baking at 180C for about 20-30min.
