• 250 gm. dark chocolate
  • 250 gm flour
  • 75 gm icing sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 gm Nice biscuits
  • 50 gm walnuts, chopped raisins and cherries
  • 1 tin lined with foil
  • Preparation of Fridge cake:

    Break up chocolate, then put it in a pan with butter and melt them gently together. Beat in the icing sugar, then the eggs, crush half the biscuits and then mix well with the nuts and fruit. Place four biscuits at the base of the tin and then put 1/4 inch layer of the mixture. Alternate, till the box is full or the biscuits are over. Now leave it in the freezer after labelling and sealing it.
    Thawing: Approximately four hours in the fridge.
