Fruit Chaat




1/2 cup sliced bananas
1 cup papaya cubes
3/4 cup pineapple cubes
1 cup apple cubes
1/4 cup black grapes
1/4 cup pomegranate (anar)
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
2 tbsp chopped mint leaves (phudina)
1 tsp chaat masala
1/4 tsp black salt (sanchal)
1 tsp powdered sugar (optional)
salt to taste

How to proceed

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and toss well. Refrigerate for at least one hour. Serve chilled.
