Masala puris 


Whole-wheat flour 1 cup
Turmeric tsp
Asafoetida tsp
Chilli powder tsp
Oil 2 tbsps
Salt to taste 

Knead all the ingredients into a firm dough using water.

Divide the dough into 20 equal portions.

Roll out each portion into round shapes.

Deep fry in oil till both sides are golden brown.

Serve hot.
