Hot Caramel Sundaes

 

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/3 cups sugar syrup
1/3 cups water
3/4 cups cream
1 tbsp margarine melted
1/2 tsp pure vanilla essence
1/4 tsp baking soda
curds

Preparation:

In a saucepan, combine sugar, syrup, and water. Heat to boiling over medium-high flame.Remove from heat; gradually stir in cream. Cook over low flame until heated through.Remove from heat and stir in margarine, vanilla, and baking soda.
