1 ltr. Milk

2-3 drops Lemon Juice.


 Preparation :-

In a frypan, boil the milk on a high flame.

Go on heating and stirring till the milk becomes fairly thick.

When thick, add 2-3 drops lemon juice.

Heat till milk becomes quite thick.

Remove and cool khoya.

Use it for pedas, laddoos, and gajjar halwa and other sweets.
