Onions In Vinegar
Small onions - 12-15
White vinegar - 1 cup
Salt - 1 Tsp
Whole dry red chillies - 2
Laung (cloves) - 3-4
Method:
Peel onions. Rub salt & red chilli powder.
Keep aside for 1/2 an hour.
Pack the onions, laung & dry red chillies in a jar.
Boil vinegar and pour over the onions.
1" piece ginger cut into match sticks may also be added along with onions.
