Green Chilli pickle

Green chillies(Slightly thick ones) - 200Gms (15-20) 
Rai powder - 8 Tsp 
Haldi - 1 Tsp 
Salt - 3Tsp 
Amchoor - 8Tsp 
Mustard Oil - 6Tsp 

Wash and wipe green chillies. 
Slit the chillies and dry in shade for 1-2 hours. 
Mix all the dry masalas. 
Mix 1Tsp of oil to them to blind the masalas together. 
Fill the prepared masala in the chillies. 
Heat 4 to 5 Tsp of oil in a khadai or a pan. 
Add the green chillies and saute for 2-3 minutes on low flame till the chillies become slightly soft. 
Do not let them get discoloured. 
Fill in sterilized bottles.
