Simple Nimboo Ka Achaar

Lemon- 1 Kg 
Sugar-1/2 Kg 
Salt - 100Gms 
Saboot Kali Mirch (Pepper corns) Coarsely ground - 100Gms 

Wash the lemons, dry them with a clean cloth. 
Slit the lemons into 4 halves, taking care not to cut till the end. 
Mix sugar, salt, and coarsely ground black pepper. 
Fill the masala mixture in the slit lemons. 
Transfer the lemons to a clean jar. 
Cover the pickle with the left over masala. 
Keep it in sun for 5-6 days till sugar melts. 
Shake the jar daily and keep inside in the evenings. 
This pickle is ready within 15-20 days.
