Quick Fried Rice
oil 1 Tblspoon(s) onion diced 1/3 cup(s) ginger paste 1/2 teaspoon(s) cumin seeds 1/4 teaspoon(s) spicy green chili pepper, chopped (fresh) 1 rice (cooked) 2 cup(s) haldi 2 pinch(es) lemon juice 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) water 2 Tblspoon(s) salt to taste
1. Heat oil in pan add onion, cumin, ginger paste, and chili pepper. Saute well. 2. Once the onion is browned, add rice and turmeric, stir and saute for five minutes. 3. Add water to moisten if desired. Then add salt and cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring regularly. 4. Add lemon juice, stir, and serve.
