Plain yogurt/curd 1 cup(s) Sour cream 1 cup(s) Sugar, powdered 3/4 cup(s) Almonds, sliced 1 Tblspoon(s) Cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon(s)
1. Hang curds in a muslin cloth to remove water. Keep for at least four hours to drain out completely. 2. Take out thick curd in a bowl and mix in sour cream. Add powdered sugar and mix well. If desired, adjust sugar quantity to meet individual taste preferences. 3. Stir in cardamom powder and sliced almonds. 4. Keep in the refrigerator till serving time. For decoration purposes, sprinkle a little cardamom powder and sliced almonds.
