Sweety Strawberry Soup
2 Teacups Ripe Strawberries.
9 Teaspoons Sugar.
1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Rind.
Juice of 1 Lemon.
2 Level Tablespoons Cornflour.
2 Tablespoons Sweetened Cream to serve.
Slice a few strawberries to decorate the soup & sprinkle a little sugar over them.
Boil the remaining strawberriesin 4 teacups of water for 5 minutes.Sieve the mixture through a fine sieve and boil again. Add the lemon rind,lemon juice & sugar.
Mix the cornflour with a litlle water & add to the boiling soup. Cook for anther few minutes.
Cool the soup & chill in freezer.
Serve it chilled with the decoration of fresh cream & sliced strawberries.
